OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx (apparently), and I would like to know if the light studio actually just does not work on this model, or if it's just a little broken because it's still in beta. It says that this device isn't supported by Light Studio, but I don't know why, or how to check if it should be.

It's quite sad if it just doesn't work, because many other models of basically the exact same laptop have it working. I also can't find anything online about this specific model, maybe it's somehow a weird or sketchy one? I'm not sure, but that thought is scary.

Thanks for your time and answers,

Regards

I believe there is a hiccup on Omen Gaming Hub,  it now takes a lot of time to load 20 or more different modules.  Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard ? If Yes, please update your Omen Gaming Hub.

Sorry for the late response, I have no idea how to check if my keyboard is 4-zones or not, and what the different modules that you said take long time to load are.

I saw someone else's post about a 15-en0xxx, and there you said it's actually a different one and the keyboard in light studio should look like it has 4 different colours.

Is my model actually something different then? In the light studio for me it doesn't show any colours at all, so I guess it's just incompatible, but I would like to know for sure.
