Pavilion Power 15-cb0xx 2SL29PA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently using a Pavilion Power 15-cb0xx , 2SL29PA... The specs are 2.80 Ghz I7-7700 with a GTX 1050 and the Intel HD graphics 630 for Integrated Graphics. RAM's 24GB since slot 2 is 16GB... I have been drawn into the idea of getting a HDMI compatible 144Hz monitor e.g. Viewsonic XG2401 for FPS... Would this possible with the current specifications? Thank you.

Your machine has HDMI v2.0 supporting up to 4096×2160 @ 60Hz. As you already know : refresh rate goes up resolution will go down and vice versa therefore you should be able to use 1902 x 1080 resolution with 120Hz for an external monitor.

Regards.
