Hello, I have a female plug (It looks like an USB-C ) and a lightning symbole but it didn't look like i found in the internet. I would like to use it for an eGPU and there I can only find one with lightning

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port which is NOT a Thunderbolt™ 3 port.
No, this port won't be able to support eGPU such as HP Omen Accelerator:
