Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop hibernated due the temp everytime i play game

so yes the solution for this problem is roll back to F.01 and update to F.05

so i need the F.01 and F.05 file

pls help

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

 

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Pavilion - 15-ec1028ax  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,

 

Please click on the hyperlink below to install one by one to download install the as per the following.

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) F.11 Rev.A

 

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) F.20 Rev.A
