Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just recently bought an HP laptop for my son for Christmas he wants to download specifically Fortnite and I can’t seem to get it to work on there I’m not sure if there’s not enough storage and if there’s not how do I add storage to my HP so far this computer hasn’t really been worth much it doesn’t seem to be able to do anything

What is the full model or product number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.  Here is a guide to help you find it.  Once I have this information, I will help you further.
