Hello , 

when I bought my laptop I have problem with the battery ,

when I played on it and it’s 100% fully charge I realized that the battery drained 10% sometimes 5% while it’s charging so what can I do ? Is it problem or it’s normal ?

No, most likely the charger is faulty or under wattage. Is it still under warranty ? Please contact HP in your country to replace it.
