Hi @Shelva7,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To enable Dual Force on your HP Victus laptop, follow these steps.
Open the Omen Gaming Hub:
- Search for "Omen Gaming Hub" on your laptop and open the application.
Access the Optimization Settings:
- In the Omen Gaming Hub, navigate to the "Network Booster" section. This is where Dual Force is usually managed.
- Find the "Optimization Mode" settings in this section.
Set the Optimization Mode to Custom:
- You'll see a setting for Optimization Mode. It will likely be set to Auto or Off.
- Change the setting to Custom. This mode will allow you to configure and enable Dual Force.
Enable Dual Force:
- After setting the mode to Custom, the option to enable Dual Force should now be available.
- Turn on Dual Force, which allows you to prioritize certain network activities over others, improving performance in gaming.
Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to enable Dual Force without issues. If you still encounter problems, you may want to update the Omen Gaming Hub software or check for any system updates related to network drivers.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
