is dwm suppose to be this high on integrated graphics?
I've tried updating drivers, disabling hardware accelerated graphics, and updating BIOS but nothing works.

Laptop: Hp pavilion gaming 16-a0032dx

I5-10300H: 31.0.101.2128
Gtx 1660 ti MQ: 32.0.15.5599
