Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please i have a HP Laptop 14s-dq2241nia (423G3EA) which is just 2years old. I notice this error 607 and battery not charging so i got another battery but still the error still pop on powering the system. I checked on hp solution and found the sp137137 to be download then restart but no solution still. What do i do?
