I'm just wondering if there is any update in regards enabling the XMP on Omen 15 Laptops. This laptop includes 2 Rams from samsumg that has a default max frequency of 1600MHz which only can be changed to 3200MHz with XMP. Other RAM I'm seeing on Amazon requires XMP to unclock the top speed they are offering, otherwise I'll have a slow memory ram like DDR3 on a Laptop that should be Fast

If your Omen comes with an AMD Ryzen processor you will need to download Ryzen Master. From there you can increase XMP frequency response with the on board RAM.
However if you have an OMEN with an intel i3,i5,i7, all xmp features in system bios are locked out.
Also when you run a real time bench markfor samsung that 1600Mhz will gradualy or rapidly ramp up to as close to as 3200Mhz if the processor demands the memory when its in turbo. I have samsung RAM (40GB) with no XMP feature and on user bench mark I'm outperforming Omen systems thatare using the G skills, and other after market brand memory, with xmp settings. Please stick with the samsung RAM you wont regret it.
I already had a 8GB stick of samsung RAM. So I thought why not and bought this 32GB stick that is used for MAC pro's. It works just fine with no issues at all. I have 40GB total even though HP/OMEN only recommend 32GB. Slot 1 has 32GB, slot 2 has 8GB on my laptop. (My Omen model uses ddr4 2666Mhz and may not be compatible with your brand Omen)
This is the RAM I bought for my OMEN https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N124XDS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
In both user bench mark and in CPU-Z my samsung RAM runs idle for the operating system at 1333Mhz, how ever when I get into a gaming application that demands 6GB of memory or more and my processor uses turbo. That 1333Mhz ramps up slightly above 2666Mhz. It usually teeters at 2667 Mhz
I believe intel/HP did this to stay within warranty. The CPU's operate cooler which means they will last longer than those using the AMD ryzens and increasing the frequency response in XMP mode.
There are multiple videos on youtube on how to download and use Ryzen Master for HP/OMEN gaming systems.

HI@SY001, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If you don't enable XMP, they will run at your system's standard specifications that are dependent on the CPU you have. ... However, XMP allows your system to set motherboard and CPU parameters correctly, to allow higher frequency RAM modules, that are designed to run beyond usual specifications. and both ram has to be the same frequency,
And not all the models as options,
Please share the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Excellent description and a great diagnosis are done. It is greatly appreciated.
