The problem is not solvable. Actually, there isn't a problem at all.

The fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at is limited to 2666 MHz.
Intel Core i79750H Processor 12M Cache up to 4.50 GHz Product Specifications
That is why the DDR4-3200 memory is only running at 2666 MHz.
HP installs the memory they had on hand at the time your PC was manufactured, so they must have installed a DDR4-3200 memory chip instead of a DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip as the product specs indicate.
