Product: HP Notebook Windows 10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just recently bought this new laptop for my son. I was able to from the website for epic game launcher install the app. After it completed the install, it will not open. I dont know why this does not work. Can anyone help with what needs to be done?

I hear the laucher has been having issues for a while now.

Some of the reported fixes included uninstalling both the game and the epic launcher, then reinstalling.

You might see if its running in the task manager and if so, stop it and try running the launcher again.

Otherwise, you would also want to ask the Epic Games forum for further help.
