Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I’ve been getting this error message that says ‘0xc0000021a’ and then it goes into automatic repair. Most of the time my laptop goes right into repair, not even displaying the message. I’ve been trying to fix it for the last couple o’ days; but I can’t. I’ve scoured the internet, I think it has something to do with the driver. I installed a new driver around maybe 1 day before I couldn’t use my computer. This makes me sad. I can’t even boot into safe-mode.

Thanks.

-Bob

Thank you for your help!

I’ve got one question though. I’ve chosen to go with a memory check, seeing as thats whats failing in my other system tests, I was told to put my 24-digit failure code at http://www.hp.com/go/contacthp , but I don’t know where to put the code...

Failure ID: PSJB73 9B69LH XD7W2K 40MK03

Again, the failure code / ID is from a fast test memory check 🙂

Thanks for the help!

@Moneysworth,

I checked the failure ID you have shared and it looks like the Memory Module 2 Failure.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Cheers!
