I purchased my product from HP 2 and half years ago along with an extended warranty. Now the charging adaptor is not working and since its still under the extended warranty, I contacted HP support about it. They informed me that they cannot cover the charging adaptor in the extended warranty. When I queried about it they informed that the HP policies doesn't cover batteries and power cords. They support team provided me with a policy document regarding the non-availability of battery replacement after a year. Since HP a policy regarding this, I requested for the policy regarding the charger too. I received the next text as we are transferring this to their high level tech support team and since then no response from them. If there isn't a policy am expecting a replacement as they have not published anything regarding that on the HP Limited Warranty Statements | HP® Official Site
This issue should be addressed as they cover all the HP products under extended warranty and exception is only given to the battery. Otherwise a policy regarding the warranty regarding the charging adaptor which is available to the public domain[Not a policy thats never written anywhere].
The other issue I want to address is the support transfer to next level which is a level that never responded to me.

I believe HP ONLY has 1 year cover for battery and related that means charger even with extended cover.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
