Can hp elitebook g1 with update drivers play fifa 19 and 8gb RAM.

We need the exact model number to tell you for sure...does it have integrated (Intel HD) or dedicated (AMD) video is the big question. 

 

FIFA 19 takes some pretty serious muscle:

I would say it appears unlikely you are going to have a decent experience with FIFA 19 on anything other than a "gaming" laptop with at least say a Geforce 1050 or 1060 video card.
