Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey, my brother just bought HP Victus AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Laptop from amazon, and when I am playing Destiny 2, it freezes after a few minutes and then crashes. I tired everything mentioned on the internet but still facing. Should I apply for replacement of this laptop or what should I do?

No one is facing this problem? I found some solutions on this page https://blog.omggamer.com/how-to-fix-destiny-2-crashing/ but the thing is it's not for my laptop. I tried all of the steps mentioned on the page, and it worked for some time and then again I am facing the issue. Should I take it to the service center?

I applied for the home visit and a technician will come and see about the problem. Will update more. Community here is not responsive. But creating this thread if someone faces the same they can also apply this.
