i recently just noticed of the faint electric/static sound emanating from inside the center of the laptop. I can only hear it when i move my ear close the laptop's keyboard. It's not coming from the speakers as I've tried muting it. As i trun laptop on the sound comes near the numeric side of keyboard just before one month i spill a oil on my laptop but that is cleaned and some oil was there near numerpad that too i cleaned opening keys only the problem is with static sound.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Support Community,
Let's try these steps here:
I would recommend you go ahead and run an extensive system test from F2(Please capture the failure ID for further assistance).
If the test fails, I would suggest this could be a possible hardware failure. I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
If the test passes, I would suggest you update the Bios, Chipset and graphics card drivers on your PC either from our HP support website, using this link or download it using HP support assistant.
Download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.
For starters please perform all the prescribed steps from these links to try and fix the issue- HP Notebook PCs - Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly, PC is Warmer than Normal: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01007591
