Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a couple of issues with my HP laptop and need some assistance.

  1. Fan Part Number: My laptop's fan has stopped working, and I need to replace it. However, I couldn't find the part number on HP Parts Surfer. Can anyone help me identify the correct part number for the fan? My laptop model is HP OMEN 15-ek1005nb.

  2. Backspace Key Problem: My backspace key only works when I press it continuously for about 10 seconds, and then it stops working again. I've tried cleaning the keyboard and updating the drivers, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
