Hello, my main problem is that when the laptop temperature rises in the game, the fan speed slows down and it doesn't cool at all. I did everything to increase the fan speed, but HP has limited it so that we can't adjust the speed. The laptop has been serviced, put in a cool place, and the drivers have been updated. I tested everything, but I couldn't adjust the fan speed. The last option is to mod the BIOS, which I didn't do. Please help me, give me a way to adjust the fan speed.

Install HP Cool sense to automate cooling based on usage and sensor data. Update drivers using HP Support Assistant first. You might also consider undervolting the CPU using Throttle stop. If you're lucky, you may be able to undervolt your CPU, as Intel restricts this feature through BIOS updates. If your BIOS hasn’t been updated or the update doesn’t lock undervolting, you can proceed to undervolt and enjoy improved thermal performance. Similarly, GPU undervolting is possible for all systems using MSI Afterburner, provided you configure the settings correctly.
For detailed guides and instructions on undervolting, YouTube tutorials are highly recommended—they make the process easy to understand. In ThrottleStop, if voltage control is locked, it means your BIOS restricts this functionality.
Unfortunately, no guaranteed solutions exist due to HP’s firmware limitations. It's frustrating that HP releases gaming laptops with no fan control options. To improve airflow immediately, elevate the laptop by placing books under its edges or use a cooling pad with stands inbuilt.
