Product: HP Omen AX209NO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed Speedfan and it showed me that one of the fans is spinning at 200 rpm when idle and even goes down to 115 rpm when the other fan goes up to 3000-4000 rpm.

 

I would like to know if that is normal or what ?

Fans work by zones and they use different sensors. They ONLY kick in when required and one fan may only need lower speed because its area/zone is cooler.
