All those tests passed OK.  Please explain what the following means from  Windows Refresh:

Desktop apps are removed unless they were installed by the computer manufacturer. At the end of the refresh process, an HTML file called Removed Apps.html is placed on the desktop with a list of the desktop apps that were removed.

1.  Are these desktop apps, all the programs that I have installed, such as photoshop, google earth, canon camera software?  Only windows pro 64, Mcafee and Microsoft Office (word, excel and powerpoint) were factory installed and therefore I do not have disks for those programs.

2.  Will data files be deleted or uninstalled?

@johnfrommaine

The Windows refresh might remove some desktop apps that you have mentioned. The third party apps will not be reinstalled, only Windows apps will be reinstalled. Programs like Microsoft office should remain unaffected. Other data files will not be impacted.

Cheers!
