Hello HP Community,

I’m reaching out here out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the service I’ve received for my HP OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-W1096TX, which I purchased from India in October. I’ve been a loyal HP customer for years, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I brought the laptop to Ireland in late October, and from day one, I’ve been facing a persistent screen freezing issue the system remains on, but the screen freezes, and I can't do anything. I immediately contacted HP Support in Ireland, hoping for a resolution, but it’s been an endless cycle of delays and unfulfilled promises.

Here’s the timeline of what has happened so far:
1. Initial Troubleshooting: I followed all the steps provided by HP support, including diagnostics and fixes, but nothing worked.
2. Repair Process Initiated: Support informed me that since the laptop was purchased in India, it needed to be added to the UK database for repairs. This process alone took weeks of back-and-forth communication.
3. Device Sent to UK for Repair: After much persistence, they finally arranged for the laptop to be sent to the UK via UPS. They promised to return the system by December 10.
4. Further Delays: It’s now December 17, and I’ve been told that the repair is delayed because the required part is unavailable.

This is absolutely unacceptable. If HP cannot provide proper international support, why advertise an international warranty in the first place? This delay not only wastes my time but also reduces the remaining warranty period.

I bought this laptop based on my trust in HP, having had great experiences with HP laptops in the past. But this time, I feel completely let down. I’ve invested significant money in this device, and instead of enjoying it, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of delays and poor service for over two months.

I’m at my wit's end. I chose HP because of its reputation, but this experience has been a huge letdown. I’m losing faith in the brand.

Can someone from HP or the community suggest what I should do next? I just want this resolved as quickly as possible.
