Hello, I have HP OMEN 16-n0xxx. CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, GPU discrete and integrated, discrete is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 and integrated is AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics. 16GB RAM, 512GB Storage.

 

As of today I had 5 tabs in OMEN Gaming Hub (System Vitals, Networks Booster, Lighting, Performance Control and GPU SWITCHER (I do not remember correct name of last tab)), version is 1101.2311.0.0  . This feature given to me option enable/disable discrete GPU. That was very convenience because when I needed performance I disable discrete GPU other times I used to integrated GPU.

 

So, once day after exit online game last tab GPU Switcher disappeared from OMEN Gaming Hub. I did restart to my laptop, reinstall app but still my problem is not solved.

 

What can I do for fix this problem ?

Hi, There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

- Please go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub” and “OMEN Light Studio” to the latest.

- Please execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install “Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx” and “HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - x.xx.xxxx.x”), then restart.
