Hi, there is method to provide log files for OMEN team to investigate:

  1. Clicking “Feedback” button in OMEN Gaming Hub
  2. Choose “Issue” in FEEDBACK TYPE
  3. Write some comment about the problem
  4. Click “Automatically attach my log files…”
  5. Click “SEND”
