From google's AI bot quote:

DXGI errors, such as DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, indicate that a game or application lost connection to the graphics card, often caused by driver issues, overheating, or unstable overclocking. Immediate fixes include updating GPU drivers, disabling overclocks, and verifying game files.

For AMD CPU, here’s the link:Drivers and Support for Processors and Graphics to AMD’s driver download page:
Once there, update both the chipset (Ryzen) and the Radeon drivers if you have Radeon GPU.

NVidia drivers are here, but sure to get the auto detect driver update app.

For intel CPU or devices, Intel has a support assistant and HP has their HPSA support assistant.

Get the dust bunnies out of the laptop.
Charge the battery fully before running any intensive applications. Your laptop will overheat if it has to both charge and run at turbo speed.

To mitigate the heat problem you should use a laptop cooler.

If not using the Omen game hub, in the Advanced Power Plan, set the percent processor utilization to %99 instead of %100 to prevent going into turbo. This can make a huge difference in temperature.   Note that the OGM overrides the power plan settings.
Let me know what you find out.

If under warranty, you  probably have factory cloud restore.

HP is removing cloud recovery for system over 5 years old.
The actual wording is a limited time after the warranty expires
You may want to get a copy of the cloud recovery before it is too late.
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go here and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 64gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.
Alternately, download from the MS windows store

Then it's better to use warrenty to get your laptop fixed. It's likely hardware related issue and you have already tried everything that could be done at software level. It's good that you are under warrenty. Use it, visit nearest hp service center with laptop and it's documents.

First you may need to reach out directly to HP support. Open this link- https://support.hp.com/us-en/ then select your region from the bottom and choose contact hp agent directly. Depending on your region it may or may not be harder to contact. Look for online chat or call. (Don't purchase anything of shown there). They will open your case, ask about nearest service center, documents required, etc.
