OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L3AV)

Caught a strange problem on my HP Omen 16 AMD Advantage R5 5600H + RX 6600m - despite having the "Fan always on" option enabled in the BIOS, the GPU fan constantly turns off at low load with the Auto profile selected in the performance tab of the Omen Gaming Hub.

The CPU cooler is always on regardless of the load, only the speed changes.

It seems to be not a serious problem at first glance, but under heavy load GPU quickly overheats and fan goes into "turbine mode" until it cools down, and when it cools down the process repeats up to the fact that after prolonged work sometimes the cooler just stops and I have to turn off the system to avoid overheating.

If you manually select the fan speed in HP OMEN Gaming Hub, then both coolers work as they should.
