Recently, there has been an issue with some GPUs where the clock speed is locked at 210 MHz, significantly lower than their intended performance levels. This problem is often accompanied by a power limit, which restricts the GPU's ability to draw sufficient power to operate at higher speeds. As a result, users experience reduced performance in graphics-intensive tasks and applications. This issue can stem from various factors, including driver bugs, firmware issues, or power management settings. Resolving it typically involves updating drivers, adjusting power settings, or, in some cases, seeking support from the GPU manufacturer.
