Hi,
I bought an HP OMEN by HP 16-b1020ns. Since the first day I've encountered issues with the GPU.
Sometimes randomly my screen goes black (not powered off black, it still has the backlit on). For some time it didn't happen but now it started to be very often (every 10 minutes or so) and it's impossible to work. I guess that it started again when I updated the Intel Xe Graphics drivers but I'm not sure.
Also, this issue desn't happen when I'm playing or when the laptop is connected to another monitor with HDMI (image is extended to the other monitor)
I also this issue didn't happen when I uninstalled the integrated graphics, so I think that it's the switching that causes the issue
