Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop Has Windows 10 Home with AMD Radeon Graphics with 3 GB Dedicated Graphics, Having 4 core CPU and 256GB SSD, Is these Requirements Enough for GTA  V Game play!?
