Hello,

I purchased an HP Victus Gaming Desktop last year which included a 6-month Xbox Game Pass promotion.

I registered the device with my HP account, it showed that warranty was already expired. Anyway I never got my GamePass access. 

Looks like I need little help with this.

May I know if this Xbox Game Pass promotion was mentioned on the Invoice?
