This clearly indicates a technical problem that only occurs when using the charger. In many cases the charger is unstable and has to be replaced, in other cases the fault is also hidden in the motherboard.

 

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair

 

HP warranty expired:

- Buy a new charger, if it still fails

You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
