Hello Support team.

 

HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101AX Ryzen 5 3550h and GTX 1650.

 

I recently bought this laptop and I've been experiencing massive fps drops in games. I read about a similar issue on this link :

However, I couldn't find any solution there. There are constant lags and stutters at random time interval, in any game I try to play.

 

The games run fine for a few seconds and then fps drops, and then again the game runs fine for a few seconds, and the cycle repeats.

 

I have already tried : Setting The GPU as the preferred graphic card in the Nvidia control panel and the display settings both.

Power mode is also on max performance and all the drivers and windows are also up to date.
