Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I recently faced "Gaming hub isn't supported in the region" issue which soft locked my computer literally cause I can't change my computer performance or access other essential options either. Can you please tell me if it's a bug and going to be fixed or the program isn't going to work correctly anymore?
