Hello HP Community,

 

So I tried to access my "Overclocking" tab from my OMEN  Gaming Hub app, but I am greeted by the window message "The required HP service can not be found" even though I click the "update" option it goes through the process to download but when I restart my computer I get the same window prompt to "update" again. I thought this was only on the "Overclocking" tab, but it is also affecting my "Macros" tab as well.

 

I did not have this issue before, but now I can't access the features that I usually modify on an occasional basis.

If anyone can help me fix this issue I would appreciate it.

 

The patch version of my OMEN Gaming Hub app is:  v.1101.2302.3.0
