HP logo while turn on / restart.

1. At first, it happens once in a while when screen is blinking / turn off (such as sleep or restart).

2. Then, it happens regularly everytime (restart, turn off and turn off).

3. It's getting worst, it turn blank even when just browsing.

After OS loaded or during usage. Then it will turn blank.

4. Already contact support, they said I should fresh install.

5. Even fresh installation is not solving the issue.

As you can see, there's glitches on the screen.

Even after completed the fresh installation, the issue is still the same. (it should be no issue since I download the files direct from HP for this model to create USB installer, drivers and everything is factory default).

5. Few weeks ago, I could no longer do the fresh installation because can't access bios (turn on and tap ESC) to pick boot from USB drive. (Glitches/ blank - can't read or pick the option).

6. Any idea about this issue?

Thank you

Oh, by the way.
I've done more than 10x, fresh installation in a week.

Few times, I did not update anything.
I also tried to update everything.

Both factory settings and latest updates doesn't fix the problem.
