Product: Omen M15 2019

I just bought a hp omen 15 with a rtx 2060 and with Gen i7. This morning I tried to play some overwatch and the night before I was pulling 150+ frames and whe I tried playing today I was getting 30 frames on the menu so I was confused when I tried to change the frame rate on the game it did nothing. I opened the omen command center and it said it was using 100 percent of the gpu when last night it was using about 68 percent. I tried other games and the frame rate was also lowered to 30 fps. I came to the conclusion that it was my graphics card and I tried a various amount of things but I'm unable to find out why my gpu is using 100 percent of its power. I really just wanna play ow at 120 plus Frames

Is it plugged in? Turn battery boost off.
