Hello, I bought my gaming laptop around November now I can't replace it. When I showed it locally they told it has problem either with windows or graphics card( game shuts down immediately ) (AutoCad shuts after initialising ) but when I charge the laptop it works normal and after around 25 min it shuts again to desktop. They told they can't work with as I may lose warranty. Should I approach HP authorised dealer? Iam in India so I have to travel 60 km for an HP store.

You have to follow the process and HP will ask you to send your machine to the right place otherwise it would go to a jungle. Please try the following check up first
