Hello
I have a pavilion 15 dk0050tx with i7-9th Gen and 8gb ram and gtx 1650 and I bought it in 2019 and since late 2020 the graphics card performance just got worse it went from 60-90 fps to 10 or even 1 I tried to see every setting spent hours on finding solutions tried resetting the wi down did multiple installs and even read forums and did all troubleshooting when it is plugged in the gpu isn't used and when not it is but in a laptop you should be able to play with or without plugged in other than battery draining faster without plugged in and I haven't able to really use my laptop much so please help me I don't know how many solutions I tried like a lot and every possible I can and the gpu isn't even used by the computer it's usage is 0% all the time other than the case I explained of plugged in and not plugged in .

Hello @AhmadRizvi7866
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) | F.55 Rev.A | 23.4 MB | Jun 5, 2022 | Download |

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.
"
(2) Reboot
(3) Install/Update
NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver | 27.21.14.5241 Rev.A | 727.7 MB | Nov 27, 2020 | Download |
(4) Reboot and test again ...
(5) If it still doesn't work, you'll have to downgrade to Windows 10 because your notebook has not been certified by HP for Windows 11.
