Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

For about an year i've been using my second monitor connected by HDMI to my laptop without ever having any issues. After a few months i tried to plug in the monitor as usual but the pc is not able to find it. I've tried to use the same monitor with the same cable on anothe pc and worked fine so the  problem i suppose involves the hdmi port of my laptop, so i tried cleaning it with a toothbush and i tried installing the latest windows 11 update but this hasn't solved the problem.
