I formatted my laptop to factory settings, and everything was good, until yesterday when I startup my laptop there's an alert about the battery needs to be replace, the day before that, I did a test on the system everything was good, the battery status was ok All the battery cells was good, then there was not alert message about the battery starting up. I try to contact hp but my laptop was out of warranty so the only thing they recommended me to do, is this forum.

@kosoncha Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting HP Battery Alert while startup.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
To resolve a Battery Alert message, you should perform the Battery Test in the System Diagnostics (F2) environment, and calibrate the battery for best performance.
To access the HP System Diagnostics Battery Test, turn on the computer and immediately press the esc key to display the Startup Menu. Press the System Diagnostics F2 key, and then select the Battery Test option.
For instructions on testing the condition of your battery, see Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows).
