Hi,
My G6 Pavilion is starting to be a bit overwhelmed by the 2019 BAU running requirements. As such i am interested to upgrade the graphics card if possible. Please note that my G6 is the one that has the AMD RADEON HD 7600M Series already.
Can the GPU be upgraded and if yes, what are my options?
Thanks a mil!

You're very welcome.
I don't know of any g6 where you can change the graphics, unless perhaps you are referring to the models with AMD processors where the CPU and GPU are one in the same (called an APU), and the APU can be removed and upgraded.
The Intel models such as yours have the Intel GPU and AMD GPU's soldered and integrated onto the motherboard.
The processor is separate.
So, you could change the processor to one listed in the service manual for your notebook's model series, but not the graphics.
That wouldn't help the graphics performance very much.

Hi:
The GPU's are an integral part of the motherboard.
Your PC has the best graphics that were available at the time for that model series.
So, you may want to consider selling or trading in your notebook for a newer model with better graphics.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the quick reply. I see on the web a lot of videos and guides that show how to change the GPU for the G6. Is that the case for other G6 models? Or my model specifically has it integrated in the motherboard and hence cannot be changed?
Thanks again,
A
