Product: Pavilion Gaming 15 Ryzen 5 5600H 8GB 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD GTX 1650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was busy saving documents from my external to the HDD of the laptop when the PC just restarted. After that the PC just kept on going in a loop of restarting and trying to do the automatic repair and freezes. I switched it on then off . Some instances in goes to the login screen and as i input my pin it restarts again , then just loops about 10 times. 

I tried booting from USB, also did the same kept restarting .

Hi, 

 

Windows might have gotten corrupted so just try reinstalling Windows 10 on your laptop again through the USB, it might fix the issue as the issue is with Windows 10, not your laptop.
