My Keyboard lights are not working well. I tried re installing windows, updating drivers, Updated Bios. Updated OMEN CMD Center.. No Luck.. 2 weeks ago they were fine. All White. Now, the Right 2 Zones are having Yellowish Greenish Touch... Kindly Provide Fix as soon as possible.. I tried to switch color also.. Same thing Color is always different on these two zones. Attached Pictures Also....

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone supports and check for the support option.They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

My keyboard lights are also not working and i need many problems that I have also face issues related to the
traditional canoe paddles that due to the light issue that I have not working on this properly.
