Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

image.jpgIf anyone has any idea please help me, I was casually using google chrome and my laptop suddenly froze and died on me, I tried the 15 seconds hard restart while the AC is not plugged , tried multiple methods and reached a dead end, the issue is : when I press the power button my keyboard doesn’t light up ( it usually does ) and the screen stays off ( usually an omen logo appears ).

when I plug my AC again , for 1 sec an orange LED light appears and suddenly it turns white and stays like that, and again….. when I press the power button same thing happens ( as you can see in the picture ) the power button lights up for 2 seconds and turns off, what should I do ? If there’s a problem what could it be ?
