Product: HP Omen 16 gaming laptop

Hi! I own a HP Omen 16 gaming laptop, intel core i7 12700H, Windows 11 home 22H2, and a RTX3060. Went to play on it today after my son, and there was no audio. Went to check if it was muted and it shows that I have no audio drivers. I attempted to download the realtek sound driver from the HP website, I get the popups and answer them then it does some stuff and goes away. Still no audio or drivers showing in the device manager. Not sure if it just happened all of a sudden or if my son accidentally did something. Im not super computer savvy so not sure what else to try or do.
