OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70W99AV)

Friends, I wish everyone a good forum. I bought an Hp Omen 17 series laptop about 5.5-6 months ago. If I had to briefly talk about the general features of the laptop; 2560*1440 17.3 inch 2K resolution. A model with RTX 4080 175 watt graphics card, 32 GB 4800 MHz DDR5 RAM, Intel 13700HX processor. I am not someone who plays a lot of games, but sometimes I experience serious fps drops in some games, especially if I have to point out that I cannot get the fps values I want in The Division 2 game. In a serious sense, the fluency in the game is almost non-existent. I really cannot understand why. I have this problem especially in this game, the fps are very unstable, I think my temperature values are fine. I saw 70-75 degrees, maximum 80-85 degrees instantly. I have a similar fps problem in Watch Dogs Legion and Cyberpunk 2077. Even if DLSS is turned on, I cannot get the fps and fluidity I want in the games. What could be the reason? Can you help me? I switched it to Performance mode via Omen Gaming Hub, but this time the game feels like it's going in slow motion and I still can't get the fluidity I want. This is really starting to bother me. I'm waiting for your help. I wish you a good forum, thank you in advance. (By the way, I use it plugged in and play games at 2K resolution. My Bios driver and other drivers are updated to the latest version.)
