My laptop was updated to BIOS F.09-04/24/2019

 

Are the patch notes somewhere to read and see what this update was?

Usually on your Support page you can click Details tab under BIOS update for more info. However this particular update has no info. You can click "See full details" and read the revision history of various versions - the latest would be a roll up of all.
