HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I restored my HP Omen notebook back to factory settings, to free up some storage. Since I reset the laptop, I now only have BASIC windows 10 applications with internet explorer. Furthermore, I acquired all drivers and software that was on the laptop when purchased, but now for the gaming aspect:

I am in need of every single gaming application that came with my laptop, as well as the order in which all should be downloaded.

Currently, I have the HP OMEN Control, which supposedly controls the lighting on the keyboard and fans (which is not working)

I have Omen Command Center (which states I have no Omen accessories on an OMEN laptop)

And last but not least, I attempted to download OMEN Central Ops application/program and it said MSVCR100.Dll missing. ( I downloaded the C++ program and still it says it is missing)

Please help. All of this is a mess. I just want my gaming laptop back.

Sorry to hear that @Yaradar

How did you do the recovery if you have only the plain install of windows now?

Not all of the apps that came with your setup are available for download. Many of the games and such were only added from the factory and we wont have access to any of it.

As for the Omen Command Center, your laptop doesn't use it, might as well uninstall it.

There are some links that point to info for installing the Omen Ops software below. Some of it will be useful and should explain how to get the Control Center too.

Your drivers page for your model will be outdated though and will not contain the games and such that came with your setup.

That's the best I can do for you on that old model. Hope it helps.
