Product: HP OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought HP OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax in the month of August 2020.   Keys started coming out within the warranty period. After 1 year, the battery stopped working.  Now it is not usable.  Talking to HP Customer Service India, but there is no progress in this as the battery HP SD06XL Notebook Battery 70.91Wh 11.55V is NOT AVAILABLE in India now.

 

As it is a Laptop battery, no seller is ready to ship from other countries. I have kept the Laptop in my shelf now.  Let me know if there is any way to get this battery model in India.

6-cell 70wh L84392-006 

 

That is the HP Part Number you need. 

 

This battery is very hard to locate. Nothing on amazon in or eBay UK. 

 

There is also a 3-cell battery L84394-006 which is also not readily found.

But unfortunately there is a no way to ship the battery to India.
