I had purchased an HP omen notebook .I had made a redemption on omen headset 800 and a steam wallet voucher RM 80 on 17th Dec 2017. It stated that i should received the item within 14 days. Till todate no respond from HP.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options, if any. You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends).
